Q. How do I change nameservers to use my own DNS? I need to point my domain to my webhosting company.

A. Login to your account, click to view your domains.

Click on the 'M' icon beside the domain to enter the mangage area for that domain, click on 'change nameservers'.

Change the drawdown box at the top to read 'custom nameservers'.

Then enter your nameservers in the spaces available. Enter only the nameservers host names, not the IP addresses.

Click 'Save'.

Your updates will be reflected on the control panel immediately; however, the request is submitted into a queue with the Registry. The Registry updates daily at 5:00am and 5:00pm EST.
