Q. How do I cancel my hosting service?
A. There are 2 ways to cancel hosting services with us.
1. Login to your account, go to your hosting list and click the magnifying glass icon beside your hosting account. There you will find a link to cancel your hosting services for that account.
NOTE: this will not void any open invoices, if you have already been invoiced please contact the billing department via our support system helpdesk.
2. Login, click the support system link and open a helpdesk ticket asking to cancel your hosting services. If you have more than one hosting account be sure to give the domain name of the hosting you want to cancel.
PLEASE NOTE:
email requests for account cancellations will not be accepted due to email spoofing.
